Tuker, an Estonian start-up, has launched a solution that allows customer service agents to receive tips without cash. The cashless tipping platform aims to improve the service culture in Estonia and set a precedent for Scandinavia in the future. The company is also participating in this year’s Ajujah competition.<\/p>\n

«Our main mission is to enhance the service culture. We enable the service sector to earn tips in situations where they would otherwise be missed,» explains Tuker co-founder Artjom Suvorov.<\/p>\n

According to Suvorov, the share of cash in the global economy is declining every day, and the service sector suffers the most, as tipping is often only possible with cash.<\/p>\n
