Tuker, an Estonian start-up, has launched a solution that allows customer service agents to receive tips without cash. The cashless tipping platform aims to improve the service culture in Estonia and set a precedent for Scandinavia in the future. The company is also participating in this year’s Ajujah competition.

« Our main mission is to enhance the service culture. We enable the service sector to earn tips in situations where they would otherwise be missed, » explains Tuker co-founder Artjom Suvorov.

According to Suvorov, the share of cash in the global economy is declining every day, and the service sector suffers the most, as tipping is often only possible with cash.
